Fiji Institute of Chartered Accountants (FICA) Congress 2026

The FICA Congress is the annual conference of the Fiji Institute of Chartered Accountants, the country's professional accountancy body, and is the largest gathering of the accounting profession in Fiji. The 2026 edition was held on 8-9 May at the Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa under the theme 'Charting New Horizons for a Changing World', drawing roughly 300 participants made up of local and international accounting professionals, policymakers, regulators and business leaders. Sessions covered professional standards, regulation and the changing shape of the profession, with the Institute using the platform to press for stronger iTaukei representation in accounting.
