1. About this directory
MICE Fiji ("we", "us", "the directory") is a free, neutral directory and discovery platform for Fiji's events and destination-wedding industry. We cover two co-verticals — MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) and Destination Weddings — scoped to Nadi, Suva, Lautoka, Denarau and Pacific Harbour. We are not an advisor, not a booking agent, and not a marketplace. We do not take commissions or endorsements.
2. Listing submissions
Anyone may submit a listing free of charge and without creating an account. Submitted information creates an L1 "listed" record with self-reported provenance. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion. Submissions must be accurate to the best of the submitter's knowledge. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display submitted information on the directory.
3. Claiming and ownership
Business owners may claim a listing by verifying their association via email code. Verified owners ("L3") may edit a whitelisted set of fields on their listing. Ownership is non-transferable except through the claim flow. We may revoke ownership if we determine a claim was made in error or in bad faith.
4. Provenance and verification
Every field value is written through an append-only provenance system. Records carry a verification tier (L1 listed, L2 cross-confirmed, L3 owner-verified) and a drift status (confirmed, stale, disputed), updated on a 90-day cadence. These tiers are informational and do not constitute a warranty of accuracy.
5. No warranties
The directory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, pricing, or quality of any listing. You must contact listings directly to verify information. We are not a party to any transaction between users and listed businesses.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the directory or reliance on listing information. Our aggregate liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, not to impersonate another business, not to scrape or bulk-copy the directory, and not to use the directory for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict access for violations.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the directory after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Fiji. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fiji.
