Back to Suva

Vodafone Arena is a multipurpose indoor sports and events venue in Suva, on Viti Levu's southeast coast, forming part of the Fiji Sports Council's National Gymnasium complex. Built in 2003 for the South Pacific Games and originally known as the FMF Dome, it was renamed Vodafone Arena in 2007. The venue seats around 5,000, with roughly 4,000 in the grandstand and 1,000 on the floor, over a wooden sprung court configured for netball, basketball, volleyball and futsal. Two electronic scoreboards, a kitchen, a medical room and two concession areas support events. Beyond sport it hosts exhibitions, conferences, graduations, concerts and functions, with bookable sub-spaces including Hall A, Hall B and an Events Lounge, plus outdoor areas along Gavidi Road.
