Oneta Resort

Oneta Resort is a small, family-run eco-resort on Ono Island in Fiji's Kadavu archipelago, set on around 70 acres of beachfront beside the Great Astrolabe Reef. The island has no roads and is reached by boat. Accommodation comprises seven traditional Fijian bures and two villas, ranging from hillside units with ocean views to beachfront bures, some with private pools. The resort is oriented around the water, with manta ray snorkelling at a nearby cleaning station, reef diving and snorkelling along the Astrolabe, sport fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, outrigger excursions, bird-island trips and hiking, plus boat charters. Owner-led and low-key, it lends itself to intimate beach weddings and elopements for couples seeking a remote, natural Fiji setting.
