Fiji Wedding Venues for FJ$10,000 to FJ$20,000

Between FJ$10,000 and FJ$20,000, Fiji resorts that publish their prices will sell you a wedding for 20 to 40 guests with the ceremony set-up, celebrant, licence, flowers, a seated or buffet reception, a beverage window of about three hours, a cake, and four or five nights of accommodation for the couple. What that figure does not buy is your guests' rooms, anyone's flights, photography, or transfers.

What does a FJ$10,000 to FJ$20,000 Fiji wedding package actually include?

Prices as published by each venue and read on 20 September 2026. Outrigger's package is stated valid until 31 March 2027; Plantation's Domoni prices shown are the September 2026 to March 2027 band, rising to FJ$13,316 and FJ$18,748 respectively for the April 2027 to March 2028 band.

The Fijian dollar is pegged to a weighted basket of currencies and the rate is reset by the Reserve Bank of Fiji each business day, so take your own conversion on the day you sign rather than trusting a number printed weeks earlier. Outrigger is the exception worth noting: it publishes its own equivalents for the Dream package at AUD 7,500, NZD 8,500 and USD 5,300.

What do you get at each end of the band?

At roughly FJ$11,500 — Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort, Coral Coast. The Dream Wedding Package covers 30 people and includes a personal coordinator, venue hire for the beach, reef lawn or the Bure Ni Loloma chapel, the marriage licence, an officiant, floral arrangements, bouquet and buttonholes, serenaders, a lovo buffet dinner with a three-hour standard beverage package, a two-tier cake, and four nights for the couple in an Ocean View Room with breakfast and butler service. Outrigger states a maximum of 100 to 120 guests across its venues depending on set-up, and names the Palm View Terrace and Reef Ballroom as sheltered reception spaces. Weddings are not available on 24 to 26 and 30 to 31 December or 1 January.

At roughly FJ$12,700 — Plantation Island Resort, Mamanuca Islands. The Domoni package covers up to 30 guests with a private decorated ceremony venue, four nights in a Beachfront Room, a reception, a three-hour beverage package, a cake and a three-course dinner for the couple. Children under 12 dine free — a real saving on a family-heavy guest list, and one very few packages offer.

At roughly FJ$17,100 — Plantation Island Domoni Upgrade. The same 30 guests, but five nights in a Beachfront Bure, an acoustic guitarist, a deluxe three-hour beverage package and premium buffet options. The extra-guest rate also steps up, from FJ$247 to FJ$347.

At roughly FJ$21,000 — Malamala Beach Club, Mamanuca Islands. Just over the band and worth knowing as the ceiling. The wedding package takes the couple plus up to 40 guests on a day-use island off Denarau, with a floral archway set-up at The Venue, celebrant, florals, meals and champagne. The transfer is a scheduled vessel from Port Denarau Marina, departing 9.30am, 10.00am and 12.00pm and returning 4.45pm and 6.00pm — which means your reception ends when the last boat leaves unless you charter.

What is deliberately not in the price?

This is where FJ$12,000 becomes FJ$30,000.

That last row deserves a direct question in writing. A package price quoted before September 2026 may not carry the Tourism Services Tax, and 5% of FJ$17,000 is not a rounding error.

Where do the published figures disagree?

They do, and it is worth knowing before you build a spreadsheet. The third-party directory Fiji Wedding Venues lists Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort "from FJD $7,478", while Outrigger's own site prices the Dream Wedding Package at FJ$11,500. Both can be true — Outrigger also sells an Intimate Wedding Package for 10 guests and a chapel package, and a "from" figure may point at those — but the two numbers are not describing the same wedding.

The same source puts Warwick Fiji from FJ$3,500 and Radisson Blu from FJ$4,000, while Warwick Fiji Resort and Spa itself publishes no wedding package prices at all and directs couples to a proposal request. Treat aggregator "from" prices as a signal of which venues sit at the affordable end, not as quotes.

Which venues in this band quote only on request?

Several of the venues couples most often shortlist publish capacities and inclusions but no prices: Warwick Fiji Resort and Spa, which names Wicked Walu, the Navau Deck and its gardens as settings and lists indoor banquet capacities of 30 in the Vusu Boardroom, 200 in the Coral Coast Conference Centre and 400 in Talanoa Hall; Shangri-La Yanuca Island; and the adults-only Lomani Island Resort and Spa, which caps at 67 guests and can be booked exclusively.

There is no way to shortlist these on price. Send all of them the same brief on the same day — guest count, date, ceremony setting, reception style, beverage duration — and compare what comes back.

Which one should you choose?

• Choose Outrigger if you want a mainland resort with a chapel as a genuine wet-weather option and room to grow the guest list to 100.
• Choose Plantation Island if a good share of your guests are bringing children, or if you want five nights rather than four at the top of the band.
• Choose Malamala Beach Club if you want a private-island feel for a day without paying island-resort accommodation rates — and you accept a hard finish time.
• Request proposals from Warwick, Shangri-La and Lomani in parallel, because a quoted price at these can land anywhere in or below the band.
